Facade Cladding

Facade Cladding

ABOUT FACADE CLADDING:
In this system where aluminum vertical and horizontal facade carcasses and substructure are formed, the glasses are adhered with special chemicals (structural silicone) on cassettes made of aluminum profiles.

Clamshell Glass Facades:
From the outside, the glass looks like it is in a frame. The difference from the silicone facade is that the aluminum profiles on these glasses look like a cover. When it is desired to open a wing on the facade, a hidden wing is installed with specially designed profiles so that it cannot be perceived from the outside.

Sealing Glass Facades with Clamshell:
Since the sealing between the glass panels is provided by double EPDM seals, no sealing silicone is applied between the panels. If desired, all glass modules can be turned into hidden wings that can be opened to the outside with a mechanism and arm reinforcement (when closed, it is not clear which one is opened from the outside). The heat glasses to be used in silicone facades are manufactured with special silicone filling and staggered, which are not affected by U.V. rays.

Silicone Facades:
In the silicone curtain wall system, the frames are fixed to the windows with silicone so that they remain inside and cannot be seen. When viewed from the outside, only the glass coating is seen, and EPDM wicks are applied at the joint intervals to add depth. In this way, your building looks more stylish and modern.

Semi-covered Glass Facades:
Rather than the classical capped facade system, this system is created by using only one of the horizontal or vertical covers on the exterior of the building. At the joint where cover application is not desired, wick or silicone is applied upon request.
